Service Delivery Policy

Depending on your project: websites, web applications, mobile applications, backend systems and APIs, databases, testing, and related files such as source code, design assets and documentation — as listed in your proposal.

Work is delivered digitally, using one or more of these methods, as agreed for your project:

• deployment to your hosting, server or app-store account;
• access to a code repository;
• a preview or staging link for review;
• files shared by email or a secure file-transfer link.

Projects are delivered in milestones defined in your proposal. Timelines depend on the agreed scope and on receiving content, feedback, approvals and account access from you on time. If either side expects a delay, we will tell the other in writing and agree a revised date.

At each milestone we share the work for review. You can request corrections that fall within the agreed scope. Changes outside the agreed scope are handled as a change request, with any effect on cost and timeline agreed in writing before work begins.

• timely feedback and approvals;
• access to hosting, domains, app-store or third-party accounts where needed;
• a single point of contact for decisions.

On completion and full payment, we hand over the deliverables listed in your proposal, including source code and access credentials we created for the project, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Any support, maintenance or hosting assistance after delivery is provided only where it is included in your written agreement.
