VaanLogic is an IT services brand operated by Vinay Singh, proprietor of VaanMart. VaanLogic is not a separately incorporated company. The legal supplier is Vinay Singh, proprietor of VaanMart, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09JOFPS7053D1ZJ).

We offer website development, react & next.js development, mern & full-stack development, mobile app development, backend, api & database development, e-commerce development and testing & qa, as described on our services page and agreed for each project.

Work is defined by an agreed scope and milestones. Changes to scope may affect timelines and cost and will be agreed in writing before work on them begins. Information on this website is general and is not an offer or a quotation.

VaanLogic operates under the VaanMart proprietorship. Invoices identify the legal supplier, and payments are collected through the VaanMart business account. Please use the beneficiary details supplied on your invoice.

Only pay to the beneficiary details printed on your invoice. If you receive payment instructions that differ, confirm them with us at info@vaanlogic.com before paying.

Ownership of project deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless your agreement states otherwise. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain under their own licences and terms.

Any support, maintenance or hosting assistance after launch is provided only where it is included in your written agreement.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttar Pradesh, India having jurisdiction, unless your project agreement states otherwise.
